For over 10 years, The Briefing has been an opportunity for London church leaders to hear what’s happening across the city, connect with others and discover ways to get involved in what God is doing across London.
This year, we’ll be doing things a little bit differently, see below for the full breakdown.
Morning session: Getting practical
The morning will focus on practical resourcing, with six breakout zones designed to help you, your church and your unity group connect with opportunities and organisations working across London. These zones will be:
- Children and young people
- Young adults
- Social action and faith sharing
- City-wide events
- Bible confidence and giveaway
- Prayer
Each zone will offer a little context about what’s happening contextually; examples of resources and activities; and time to ask questions, make connections and explore collaboration.
You’ll be able to join two different breakout sessions, giving you the opportunity to discover what’s available and consider what might work in your context.
Afternoon session: Shaping the future
Following lunch, you’re invited to stay for an optional afternoon session where we’ll work together on LMC’s 10-year plans for evangelism, social justice and intercultural church. These plans are shaped by city leaders like yourself and you’ll be able to help us explore what could be!
This will be a chance to think creatively and contribute to a shared vision for how we can see London transformed over the next decade.
